What we do and what we don't do
We are an introducer. We collect basic information about your business and pass your details to a specialist at one of our partner insurers, who then arranges a quote and a plan with you directly.
We do not give regulated financial or medical advice, and we do not sell insurance ourselves. We never see your medical information. Any medical declarations are made directly to the insurer.
Our regulatory status
healthforbusiness is listed on the Financial Conduct Authority register as an introducer, FRN [INTRODUCER FRN]. Verify on the FCA register.
Our partner insurers
We introduce enquiries to a panel of leading UK health insurers. Our featured partner is AXA Health.
AXA Health plans are underwritten by AXA PPP healthcare Limited, which is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, FRN 202947. Verify on the FCA register.
How we are paid
We receive a commission from our partner insurers when an introduction leads to a successful plan. There is no cost to you for using healthforbusiness, and the price you are quoted is not increased because you came through us.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please email us at [COMPLAINTS EMAIL] with the details and we will investigate quickly. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within five working days and resolve it as soon as we can.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, a free and independent service for resolving disputes between consumers and financial businesses.
